Refund Policy
Royal Splash Texas Policy is one of No-Refunds. Tickets do not expire and can be used on your next visit. Please ask for assistance with your ticket purchase to be sure to get tickets needed during your visit. Thank you!
Rain Check Policy
All admissions are final. Royal Splash Texas may temporarily close the water attractions or other entertainment for rain, lightening or if inclement weather is in the area. Other events beyond our control may also force temporary closure of the park. Rain Checks may be issued for a future admission during the same operating season if the park closes for the day. Management retains the right to delay the issuing of rain checks if there is reason to believe the park may reopen. If the park closes after 5:00 pm the Rain Check Policy does not apply.
If the park closes for the day, Rain Checks will be issued to you based upon the number of day tickets purchased on your receipt. Season Pass Holders are not entitled to Rain Checks. *Group Rain Checks are 1 ticket per person in the group and are issued to the group leader for distribution.If you wish to leave the waterpark and return the same day, you must have your hand stamped prior to exiting the park.
